    • Hilarius! I have to get my hands on this one. I remember I tried to do lots of things on King’s Quest 5 to see how many different death scenes could I trigger and I was horrified at the number.

    • This is what games should still be like today. The smallest thing could kill you and wouldn’t even make any sense. Some of those deaths were just ridiculous.

    • The drunken driver who vomits at your feet: pretty darn gross.

Or maybe I’m just sensetive to public vomiting: two days ago, a woman darted off the subway, barely slipping through the closing doors, and erupted all over the platform. I was THIS CLOSE to being the canvas for her gastric paint. THIS CLOSE.

    • I have the Dragon magazine that contains the review for Police Quest III (or 111, according to one of the screenshot captions). The “Role of Computers” section is kind of infamous for giving just about everything 5 stars, but still only gave this gem two.

For comparison Pools of Darkness, SimAnt, Gunship 2000, Swamp Gas Visits The United States of America(!), and the Wing Commander I & II Strategy Guide merited five stars, and console side, Albert Odyssey, The Immortal, and Shining in the Darkness each snagged four.

I think I’ve seen every one of these.
